Amy.. thanks for the information on low carbs,I have been lifting now for 3-weeks, and eating 6-7 times a day.. you are a inspiration to me.. I am blessed every day to have great friends! Keep on keeping on girl!!
Amy, you are one strong remarkable woman in front of the camera and am sure you are the same off the camera. You are the glue that keeps the company/family together. Our family loves watching your show, we even watch the reruns. One of my children wants to work for Lizard Lick and help Bobby. Bobby doesn’t need any help. He can handle whatever comes his way. God Bless you and your family and keep all of you safe. Gloria
I had no idea that you were a power lifter. Now it makes sense on how you throw those jerks around who come in and think they can talk to you like you are just a little woman. You are a great inspriration to all who watch and have the pleasure of knowing you personally. I would hate to make the mistake of stirring your kettle the wrong way. Much love to you and your family. P/S Bobby is fine! I’d like to be licked by him. J/K
I just want to say thanks. I knew women can do just as well as men can at anything we do. My fiance and I watch you and Ron every Monday night. I hope all is well, I think your having the baby tonight. Congrats.l Hopefully We can come down there and meet you one Summer.
Amy: I have a son who is currently ranked third in the Nation for Jr Olympic Weightlifting….I can not belive that your brother was one of the men that may have guided my son into overcoming what people think of your body type…..My son was short and stocky….many called him a “light weight” by so many….Now that I watch him grow (he is almost 18) I know that some of those same boys have grown to respect his hard work and dedication. His determination to be who GOD placed him here to be, nothing more or less. Though he will always be this single moms pride and joy and my baby boy…Like your brother, he is destin for greatness…. Thank you for sharing your story. Your husbands amazing words. I have printed a copy for my son to read…may he be again humbled by how quickly life can change. May he continue to bow his head and close his eyes everyday and give thanks. I look forward to meeting you guys this weekend…. Thank you for the impact that you also made in the sport of Woman’s Competative Lifting. I will pass your story onto the girls on his team also. May they use your example to guide them not only on the platform, but off as a business woman and a wife. God Bless and Thank You Again, Brandelin
I first learned of you….through TruTV, of course…..and have since come to feel a kinship with all of you guys from LLTR. We seem to have come from similar backgrounds….and even traveled mirrored paths in many respects. In 2001, my wife…(well, ex-wife now….but she will always be my wife to me)…began fitness and weight training. It became almost an obsession to her….and although I didn’t understand or appreciate her dedication and drive then….I have since come to respect it. After 20 years together…and 16 years of marriage…we divorced in 2009….but God brought her back to me a year later. We continue to operate our own private ambulance service….raise our family…and fight the good fight that is life. You remind me so much of her….so my hat is off to you and all of the LLTR Krew. Be safe and God bless.
Hey Ronnie, Bobby, and Amy, Ronnie it really warmed my soul to see that you and your family serves the Lord. Bobby, I absolutely love watching you catch the poor end of every bad situation. Amy, you are truly the meaning of a woman. You and Ronnie have beautiful babies!!!!!!! I love watching ya’ll. I am wondering if the Lizard Lick Towing show will come back, the last show I seen Amy was pregnant, congrats on the baby. I love yall’s show and hope to see it return in the fall. May God Bless and keep each and everyone of you safe. yours truly, Dawn Brown {Louisiana}
hello amy how can I obtain a autograph with all 3 of you signed to me and my grand daughters mandy alexis orie I love your show ron with all those funny sayings, bobby always fighting with those people, and you amy keeping it all together and being a mom that is so much. we think you are so cool I wish I could travel with my girls to go see you all but I am disabled so a autographed picture would mean the world to us thanks god bless you all
hi amy. I am proud of you i watch lizard lick all the time with my husband. i like how you keep the men in check and get the job done, but at the end of the day i know you are the type of person that will give a helping hand to others.
My 13 year old daughter is interested in becoming a power lifter. I lifted weights in high school and still like to lift. I am a big old country boy myself (6’4” 315 lbs) and she is going to take after me in body style. Her mother doesn’t think “power lifting” is very ladylike and is trying to deter her. We live in Maryland and would like to know if you have any pointers or if you can send us in the right direction.
Love you all on the show, my husband and I are faithful watchers. Seen you’re website today one word “AWESOME” you are always pretty level headed on the show but have seen you get tough, but you’re site was amazing. Great job. We hope to see you in Huntsville alabama next weekend. My husband don’t know why we’re going yet its going to be a surprise.
Amy, I was watching Monday, July 25th show where you had a girl in a headlock and threatened to break her neck and knew right then that there was more to you than just running the business. I got online and have discovered you were/are a powerlifter. I wish I could say I was shocked but I wasn’t. I recognize this character because my daughter lifted for 5 years and was state champion in the 148lb weight class. I “know” all the hard work that it takes to succeed in the powerlifting sport. I just want to say that I admire you even more now knowing the training and dedication you exhibit. I can see from the pictures how much Ronnie loves you and it is shown through the camera on your series. To me, that is what makes the reality show worth watching. I pray your success in all your endeavors continue.
hey i just found this website i never knew you were a body builder but its great* (: i look forward to maybe meeting you ronnie bobby and the rest of the crew one day! yall deffenitly need more shows on tv they always make my day
I was watching the show with my 12 year old daughter. We saw you hold your own and show my daughter that woman can be strong and feminine. We both looked at each other and said “she’s awesome!!!”. Thank you for being a positive role model when surrounded by customers that don’t know how to behave properly. You have held your cool and shown class.
Great seeing you guys again on TV. Made a trip to Denver to visit my daughter and saw you guys on TruTV here. Don’t show it in Canada. Used to have my picture here but I guess it has been a while. God bless you all. Take care.

I thought Planet Fitness’s “Lunk Alarm” goes off if you deadlift there. I’ve read that deadlifting is banned at PF. Impressive nonetheless. Dang.
