Blue Springs 11!
Oct 1st
Blue Springs 11 or the BS11 as it is better known was an awesome meet, lots of head banging music and record breaking lifting rocking the platform. Amy and Kyle came fully prepared to break new ground and smash their own PR’s as well as a few World Records.
Rodney Wood was the met director and had great equipment, good spotters and a very smoothly run meet. In attendance was the imfamous Ricky Dale Crain, who was supportive of all the lifters and shared a multitude of knowledge on both technique and prepreration. The caliber of lifters was high and the judging was very strict, but very fair and evenly called throughout the day.

Apr 21st
We’ll be posting all the official results tomorrow for everyone to see. We’ll also be posting some video we shot and it will be available for purchase if you’d like to have your own souvenir of the “Johnny Perry Memorial Battle of the Baddest”
The meet has been hailed as certainly ONE of the best – if not THE best – on the East Coast in memory. Some of the country’s best powerlifters came to compete in this memorial meet. Records were set. Incredible feats were performed.
And throughout the whole meet, I think Johnny was looking down – just smiling!
Thank you one and all for coming together for this very special meet and to More >

NEW Junior World Record!
Mar 8th
She did it! 507 in the Squat. It happened on March 8, 2003 at the APF Maryland State Championships at Salisbury, MD. That also sets the NC State record too. Sadly, a bicep injury kept her from making any other new records that day. But there’s always NEXT meet!
